Richmond isn’t the only ‘hot spot’ in the Vancouver area for ‘feral’ rabbit colonies — there’s a sizable population on Vancouver’s Jericho Beach. Rabbitats rescue partner Laura-Leah Shaw has been trying to keep these guys safe.

It was a nailbiter trying to cover all the bills this past month, but we pulled it off thanks to supporters like the Rice family. π Madison and Emma along with mom Lisa had volunteered at our South Surrey sanctuary almost since its inception and, now models, continue to support us by organizing an annual photography meet up with the funds going to support the bunnies. <3 Thanks to much to all the models and photographers who came out to the Historic Stewart Farm for this! π€©
