Rabbitats for Humanity is a (pending) non-profit venture based in Vancouver, BC, that facilitates rabbit rescue by designing escape proof, predator-proof and visually appealing colony housing. Large numbers of domestic feral and pet rabbits can be safely, securely and happily housed using indoor and outdoor ‘rabbitats’ built in conjunction with animal shelters, pet rescues, institutions or on private land under the care of responsible citizens. We help obtain low-cost spays and neuters, supplies and donations, navigate local governments and educate new rabbit guardians on enrichment, low maintenance and sustainable care.
