Cute new print just released on our online store!! Get your hunny bunny what they really want this Valentine’s day all while supporting Rabbitats and replenishing our depleted sick bunny fund. XO

In the last three days, we’ve taken in a dumped white rabbit, a newborn found alone on a trail during the heat wave, and are working on multiple high-risk rescues. We’re running out of space and funds to keep saying yes, but the emergency calls haven’t stopped.
First, an incredibly friendly white bunny from New West. Bright white and docile enough that he let a stranger pick him up… he was a sitting duck for predators.
Then, a newborn baby was found alone on a Richmond trail in this wicked heat wave. Thank you to Tamara for saving this life, and to Felipe and Paula for the emergency transport to Baby Foster Jen.
“Kit Kat” was hypothermic, lethargic, and dehydrated upon arrival.
Two days later, he’s still with us and enjoying the air conditioning. Keep this little guy in your thoughts, and follow his story on our baby foster’s page: shorturl.at/ij0Mu
These rabbits are safe because people stepped up when we needed them. If you’d like to help us keep responding to emergencies like these, please consider donating or sharing this post.

Hope every-bun is staying cool out there! 🐰☀️
Reuploading our "Cool Buns" info sheet because heat can be life-threatening to rabbits. Give it a read for tips on keeping your buns cool, comfortable, and safe this summer.
And, in the spirit of staying cool… a shameless plug for our Team Bunny tanks, so the humans can stay cool, too! 😎Rabbitats.org/shop

This is a BIG thank you to 220-Junk Removal, who helped us clear the huge piles of green waste from our work around the property, as well as the inevitable (and also huge) piles of recycling, construction leftovers and general junk that just seems to keep piling up. With their help we've managed to totally clear a year of accumulation from our North driveway, potentially making space for some serious work party parking! (We can accommodate a lot of workers with our facilities, but parking was always an issue). This company has been so fast and efficient, so pleasant and so generous with their time, we can't thank them enough! <3 ... See MoreSee Less
