Hey All, we're really short of volunteers for our Easter BunnyFest next weekend. In particular:
1) set up help, 9 am to 11 am Saturday.
2) transporters (picking up volunteers, supplies, etc)
3) salad makers (cleaning and mixing greens to feed the bunnies)
4) crafts supervisors (must like kids!)
5) advocacy table coordinator (must be rabbit and Rabbitats savvy)
6) bunny pen supervisors (outgoing people able to diplomatically control visitors)
7) bunny pen cleaners (broom and dustpan skills!)
8) door staff (greet people, explain what is where and take their money)
9) tear down/pack up and clean-up help, Sunday 4 to 5:15 pm

🧸Adopt a Stuffy
👕 Bunny merch sales
🪺Vegan Easter egg hunt with fun prizes
🐇+ A Meet n’ Treat with real life Easter bunnies!

Entry is $6 per person (though feel free to donate more to our bunnies in need!), which includes complimentary bunny crafts, games, the egg hunt, and prizes. As always, 100% of proceeds raised goes directly to helping bunnies in need.

A few reminders to keep everything running smoothly for the bunnies and beyond:

🥬Our Meet n’ Treat comes at an extra cost of $6 per salad cup! You must have a salad cup to enter the Meet n’ Treat.

🐰These Meet n’ Treats are not petting zoos – our interactive system has hungry buns come right to you, grateful to snack on your cup of provided greens. This is how we keep our bunnies happy and honour their boundaries. Please respect our Meet n’ Treat rules, conveniently posted at the front of the queue, to keep every-bun safe.

👯We are all volunteers doing our best! Please treat all of our staff with respect.

🫶This is a fundraiser for rabbits in need! We try to keep our events as low-cost as possible, sharing bunny education with as many who will listen, while also fundraising for the 500+ bunnies in our care, and many more who need our help.
