Incoming ‼ This poor little mite was brought home by somebody's cat. 🥺The Rabbitats team sprung into action after a late night email. ❤️ Deanna coordinated while Candy picked the bunny up and then paid a midnight visit to baby foster Jenn, who has all the needed supplies (including the right antibiotics) and is close to our vet. Cat bacteria can really be deadly to rabbits, but we're hoping for the best. 🤞🏻

A happy Pochita update - post-amputation,
she is healing well, showing energy and joy.
She’s already quite stable on three legs, hopping and remaining upright.
Pochita is with us today because someone noticed she was being mishandled, she had a badly broken necrotic leg, and took action to bring her to safety.
This was no easy decision - Pochita’s rescuer put himself at risk, and has since received threats from her previous “guardian.”
But he did it anyway. Because her life was worth that risk. 🤍
