It's been four long years... why has nobody chosen me? 😔
Earl Grey was born into our care four years ago. Since then, countless volunteers have fallen in love with this beautiful boy, but no one has opened their home to him. 💔
Earl is incredibly sweet with the humans he trusts. He melts for pets, cuddles, and playtime in the grass. But life in the shelter has been hard on him. When scared or cornered, he defends himself like a little dragon - grunting, lunging, and nipping.
Please know: Earl is not a bad bunny. He’s simply anxious. The shelter is busy and full of other bunnies. For a sensitive soul like Earl, it’s never truly peaceful.
We believe with all our hearts that in the right home, Earl will finally blossom into the love bug so many of us know him to be.
And we have proof: his family. Earl’s mother Bumble, father Midnight, and brother Matcha were all just as territorial. But once adopted, each of them thrived. They now spend their days soaking up love, free from fear. Bumble, the most fiery of them all, even found herself a hus-bun. 🩵
Earl deserves the same chance. He’s waited four years, overlooked again and again, when all he wants is a quiet home and a person to love him.
Will you be the one to finally choose him?

UPDATE: Bunny had broken ribs and likely internal damage as well as the head trauma. 💔 She is out of her considerable pain. 🌈 Thank you to all who helped. :'(
We don't know if this stray bunny can be saved, but we got a report that s/he was hit by a car in Richmond and was hiding under another car. Deanna as always dropped everything (on her only night off) and she and Chad went to find the bunny and she is now on her way to the Burrard Emergency Clinic. Bunny is still with us, but has head trauma. Donations as always would be appreciated. If the donation tab doesn't work, please try this link:

Even if it's too late for this case, the next one will really appreciate it. We can't cover bills like this without a lot of help. Thanks in advance.
