Incoming - This lionhead boy was found wandering a trail in Langley. White bunnies are especially vulnerable - sitting ducks for predators!!
So when a passerby spotted him, she rushed home to drop off her dogs so that they wouldn’t spook him away.
When she returned, she was ready for the great chase, but he simply hopped up to her and let himself be picked up. Safe. 🥹
He’s safe at our Richmond sanctuary and will be looking for a forever home after his upcoming neuter.
Thanks to Sandi, Lisa, and Bonnie for bringing this bun to safety. 🤍

Little bun - big world. Everett is ready for his next adventure!
You may remember this guy as one of the bunnies dumped by their breeder in Everett Crowley Park. He’s been living it up in foster care with his two sisters, but once things turned humpy, it was back to the shelter for this little guy.
A little about him:
- Everett is 8 months old and getting his neuter next week
- He’s very friendly and loves all the pets (and treats) that he can get
- There is no slowing this bunny down. Getting a photo of him standing still was nearly impossible
- Everett will thrive with lots of space and exercise time. Supervised time in the grass = his greatest joy!
- He has two siblings, Momo and Taro. Heartbreakingly, his mother passed away from long-term neglect
- Everett is a happy solo bun due to his young age (and lack of neuter). He will likely want a pal to share in his adventures as he matures. We like to wait for the one-year mark.
Everett’s energy and joie de vivre will add endless joy to your household. Despite his tragic start, his loving foster homes have ensured this wee bun knows how cool humans can be (thank you, Zane + Cindy)
