Not everyone is able to visit the sanctuary, so we’re giving you the full tour!
Our front enclosures host our current largest colony (25 rabbits) along with a group of 10, and a currently unoccupied micro-rabbitat while we sort some logistics.
Both front enclosures house middle-aged rabbits in similar age groups, ranging between 4-7 years old.

Omg babies!! Six littles have moved to The Bunny Cafe and we are in love.
Meet Trixie, Kensington, Barbie, Maggie, Chickpea, and Gingersnap - all rescued this spring/summer.
Trixie - A midnight rescue from the Vancouver Art Gallery.
Kensington - Solo cutie rescued on Knight + Kingsway.
Barbie - Rescued by a group of neighbourhood kids in East Vancouver!
Maggie - Her nest was accidentally dug up by someone doing yard work in a Richmond garden.
Chickpea - Found downtown Vancouver near the Chickpea food truck.
Gingersnap - A YVR baby brought to a clinic for euthanasia... and so she joined our family.

We were all set to transport Oatmeal over from the island, when we got an urgent message from our friends at Fantastic Beasts Veterinary Services. | 🐾👩🏼⚕️💖
6 babies, just weeks old, were brought to their clinic that morning to be euthanized. No health concerns, but the humans weren’t ready to take on the responsibility of 6 little lives.
It was meant to be, with transport already booked for that very day.
Harbour Air flew them over (thank you so much!!!) and they’re safe and sound with baby foster Jen.
Don’t worry about Oatmeal - she’s become a clinic bunny 🥰🐰 and we’ll bring her over post-spay (pending no one brings her home before then!).
