An update on the UVic rabbits saved by Susan Vickery of EARS and relocated safe and sound to a sanctuary in Coombs, BC.. The photos are courtesy of Fur-Bearer Defenders, the awesome org that picked up the tab for the spays and neuters. EARS pioneered feral rescue and set the bar for all the other feral rescues. They proved it could be done!! (Now we just have to convince the government that sanctuaries are a great idea for all the other rabbits in BC!)
